I am so pleased with the beautiful results from having our beach condo's tile cleaned, grout repaired and sealed. It looks like a brand new floor. The owner is very easy to communicate with, and it was not even necessary for me to be on-site when the work was done. There aren't enough superlatives for this company and its employees. Our 10 year old roman shower tile was looking kind of tattered. Brian came and did an estimate we found very reasonable for the work promised. But the promise didn't prepare us for the finished product. Our roman shower's white tile and grout look better than they did when they were new! All of the caulked joints were cleaned out and the silicone caulk was replaced with "epoxy grout" which looks terrific and has a guarantee attached to it. Joe, the young tech that did the work, couldn't have been nicer and he even came back to touch up some tiny pinholes in the old grout which I'm sure were always there but we didn't notice until they "renewed" our shower. No charge for the callback! Wow, what a service!

Sir Grout did a fabulous job! The staff was prompt, hard-working and professional, with an excellent attention to detail. They allowed me to inspect the work before they were done to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and were able to proactively address a few things that even I had missed. Our 25-year-old tile now looks like new and has just brightened up the whole house. I highly recommend this company.

Sir Grout made our two bathroom tiles look like new. The grout was chipping and had a loose tile. The original grout was done in 2005, I thought trying to match the color would be impossible but our tech Joe worked his magic. Joe was on time, very polite and a real craftsman. He really took pride in the outcome and explain the process to us at each step.

I would very much recommend Sir Grout if you have tile issues in your home or business. Worth every penny.

Brian and the Sir Grout team in Delaware did an exceptional job. I have not one complaint and my floor-to-ceiling marble bathroom looks brand new! It was not an easy job but they did it all with courtesy and professionalism. I'm happy to recommend them to one and all!

Brian and his guys are the best. Our tile floors had all kinds of issues. After a day, the floor looks brand new. We even like the custom grout color they picked better than the original. I highly recommend them.

Our kitchen, laundry room, powder room, entry way tile floor had some damaged tiles, a lot of missing grout and the grout was discolored and looked awful. The tile itself is textured and hard to keep clean. Brian (owner) and Dominic of Sir Grout came, cleaned the floor, replaced the damaged tiles, re-grouted where necessary, and applied a coating that matched the tiles over the grout. Then they applied a sealer to the tile and grout. Hopefully it will be easier to keep clean. The floor never looked better, even when it was brand new. They were professional and hard working. We were very comfortable having these guys in our home. We highly recommend them.
